Dashboards tell you what happened, which is useful exactly once. What moves a business is the work itself: done, checked, and reported back.
Autonomy is earned.
Software that touches your money should start by asking, prove itself in writing, and only then be given more rope. By you, never by default.
Show the receipts.
Every action, its reasoning, and what it actually delivered. Including the misses. When a change does not work, you read that in plain words too.
