Burraq Quantum is an AI consultancy with a growth practice. We work with growing B2B, IT and AI services firms, SaaS, fintech and Web3 businesses, mostly across MENA and India.
Many AI projects stop at the demo, and many AI tools are bought and barely used. We find where AI pays off in a business and take it into daily work, with engineers inside your team where they are needed and training that keeps it in use. Our growth practice decides where the business grows, what it charges and how it wins, and stays until the numbers move.
We're selective about who we work with. Our first conversation is to see whether we can really move your numbers, and if we can't, we say so.
We also build and run our own AI product, Rumin, so we test our methods on our own business first.

The founder
Habib Mehmoodi
Habib Mehmoodi is an enterprise AI architect and go-to-market leader, with more than 20 years in B2B technology, banking, RegTech and fraud prevention.
He architected an agentic AI governance platform and its three patent-pending methods, built ten industry solutions on it and took it from pilot to paying enterprise clients. The platform won the GEC Award 2025 for AI Governance and Compliance. He also designed and built Rumin, our AI advertising platform, now live on Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta.
Before that, he led growth and market entry for RegTech, banking software and a tokenized-asset platform across India, the UAE, Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe, and ran his own marketing agency for seven years.
He has shipped LLM products since 2022, is an AWS Certified AI Practitioner and speaks on enterprise AI at GITEX Global and the World CIO 200 Summit. He leads every project the firm takes on.
