Search and AI visibility

SEO, AEO and GEO

Rank where your buyers search, and get named when they ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude or Google's AI Mode. One program, measured honestly.

Who it is for: B2B, IT and AI services firms, SaaS, fintech and Web3 businesses whose buyers research before they talk to sales.

An audit

The problem

Buyers now ask AI first. In G2's 2026 research, 51% of B2B software buyers start their research with an AI chatbot (G2). When Google shows an AI summary, people click a result 8% of the time, against 15% without one (Pew Research, 2025).

If the answer names your competitors and not you, you are off the shortlist before anyone visits your site.

What you get

  • A technical audit: crawling, speed, site structure and structured data, and whether AI crawlers such as OpenAI's can reach your pages
  • A content plan built on the questions your buyers really ask
  • Expert content that answers those questions directly, with the figures and sources that make it easy to quote
  • The same facts about your company everywhere it is described
  • Mentions in the places AI assistants already trust: reviews, comparisons, industry press and partner pages
  • Tracking across search engines and AI assistants

How it works

  1. Audit

What search engines and AI assistants can reach, and what they say about you today.

  2. Plan

The buyer questions to win, page by page.

  3. Build

Technical fixes, and content that answers each question first.

  4. Earn

Mentions and reviews in the sources AI assistants trust.

  5. Measure

How often you are named and cited, and what that brings in.

How we measure it

AI answers change from one ask to the next, so a single “AI ranking” means little. We agree a set of buyer questions with you and run them many times across the assistants, reporting how often you are named and cited. We add Google Search Console, Bing’s report on Copilot citations, your analytics and your CRM, so visibility is tied to pipeline.

Is it right for you?

Right for you if

  • Your buyers research online before they talk to sales
  • AI assistants recommend your competitors, not you
  • Search traffic is falling even though your rankings held

Not the right fit if

  • You want guaranteed rankings or a guaranteed mention in ChatGPT: nobody can honestly promise either
  • You need results within weeks for a one-off launch: paid ads fit better

How we work

  • One program: rankings, Google's guidance and mentions across the web all feed AI answers, so SEO, AEO and GEO are run together.
  • No guarantees, no tricks: no claims about getting into AI training data, and no keyword stuffing.
  • Measured honestly: how often you are named, on questions agreed with you, tied to your pipeline.
  • Organic and paid together: AI summaries cut clicks on both, so we report them side by side.

Questions

Asked about this service

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO (search engine optimization) earns rankings and traffic from search engines. AEO (answer engine optimization) shapes content so it is picked as the direct answer. GEO (generative engine optimization) builds the proof and reputation that lead AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to mention a brand.

How do AI assistants choose their sources?

Mostly from pages that search engines already rank and trust, and from brands that are mentioned widely across the web. Pages that answer a question directly, with figures and sources, are quoted more often.

How do you get a company mentioned by ChatGPT and other AI assistants?

Nobody can guarantee it. What works is being a clear, consistent and well-backed source: pages that answer specific questions directly, structured data, the same facts everywhere your company is described, and mentions from sources the assistants already trust.

How do you measure visibility in AI answers?

We run an agreed set of buyer questions many times across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google, and report how often you are named and cited. We add Search Console, Bing's Copilot report, analytics and CRM data.

Can AI crawlers reach our website?

Often not by default. Firewall rules or robots.txt settings can block crawlers such as OpenAI's OAI-SearchBot, and then ChatGPT search cannot show your pages. The audit checks this first.

Do we need PR or reviews as well?

Yes. Mentions of your brand across the web are among the strongest signals for AI answers, so earning them is part of the program, not an extra.

How long does it take to see results?

Technical fixes usually show within weeks. Rankings and mentions by AI assistants build over three to six months.

Do we still need SEO if buyers use AI assistants?

Yes. AI assistants lean heavily on the pages search engines already rank and trust, so strong SEO is the base that AEO and GEO build on.
