Yes, and a little more. Like a readiness assessment, it checks where AI will pay off and what your data, systems and people allow. It also looks at how you win customers, so the plan covers growth as well as AI.
How long does it take, and how much of our team's time?
About three weeks from the first session to the readout. Most of your team's time goes into the interviews and the readout. We agree who takes part, and when, before we start.
What access to our data and systems do you need?
Access to the numbers and tools that matter for the questions you want answered. What we see, and how it is protected, is agreed with you before we start, under your own data rules.
Do we need an AI use case before we start?
No. Many clients start with a question, not a project. If you already have a use case in mind, we test it first.
Will you tell us if AI is not worth it?
