AI training for teams

Get every team using AI in their daily work, from leadership and operations to finance, HR, engineering and sales. Hands-on training on your own work, clear rules on what is allowed, and reports on what changed.

Who it is for: Businesses that bought AI tools and see low or patchy use, and IT services firms that want to offer AI training to their own clients.

AI training for teams
Typical length
Three months
Covers
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Claude

The problem

Your people already use AI, mostly without guidance. In Microsoft's 2024 study, 75% of knowledge workers used AI at work, but only 39% of users had been trained by their company (Microsoft and LinkedIn). In BCG's 2025 survey, only 36% of workers felt properly trained (BCG).

Licences get bought, a few keen people use them, and everyone else carries on as before. Meanwhile client data goes into tools nobody approved.

What you get

  • A leadership briefing on where AI will pay off now, and where it will not yet
  • Hands-on sessions for each team, built on their own tasks, not generic examples
  • A champions group: a few people from each team who learn first and then teach the rest
  • Playbooks for the most common tasks in each team
  • An AI use policy: approved tools, which data may go into them, and what a person must check
  • A monthly report on usage and results, measured against a starting point

How it works

  1. Week 1

    Leadership briefing

Where AI will pay off now, and where it will not yet.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Champions group

A few people from each team learn on real work, then teach the rest.

  3. Month 2

    Playbooks and rules

Written steps, the use policy and what a person must sign off.

  4. Month 3

    Live and measured

Everyday use across the teams, with usage and results reported every month.

For IT services firms: white-label training

IT services and consulting firms can offer this program to their own clients, under their own brand. We build the program with you, train your team to deliver it or deliver it alongside them, and keep it tool-neutral so it fits each client’s stack.

Is it right for you?

Right for you if

  • You bought ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini licences and use is low
  • Staff use AI tools on their own, and you have no rules yet
  • You want results you can measure, not a one-off workshop
  • You run an IT services firm and want an AI training offer for your clients

Not the right fit if

  • You want a single lecture with no follow-up
  • You need a course that teaches staff to code AI systems

How we work

  • On your own work: every session uses your team's real tasks, so people use AI the next morning.
  • Rules first: what is allowed, with which data, before anyone starts.
  • Tool-neutral: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude, whichever your business uses.
  • Measured: usage and results against a starting point, not a satisfaction survey.
  • Champions stay behind: your own people keep it going after we leave.

Questions

Asked about this service

Why do AI rollouts stall?

Usually because people got a new tool without a reason, a method or permission to change how they work. Licences get bought, a few keen people use them, and everyone else carries on as before.

What is an AI champions program?

A few people from each team learn to use AI on their own real work first, and then teach the people around them. People learn faster from colleagues they trust than from one round of company-wide training.

Can the training be tailored to each team?

Yes. Each team trains on its own tasks: finance on reports and reconciliations, HR on hiring and policies, support on replies, sales on research and follow-up.

Which AI tools do you cover?

The ones your business uses or plans to approve, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Claude. The methods carry over from one tool to the next.

How do we keep company data safe while staff use AI?

With a short use policy before training starts: which tools are approved, which data may go into them, and what a person must check. The training then shows people how to work within it.

Do staff need technical skills?

No. The program is built for people who have never written code. Engineering teams get their own sessions on AI for development work.

How do you measure AI adoption?

By usage and by results. Every month the sponsor sees who is using AI, for which tasks, and what it saved or produced, against the starting point measured at the beginning.

Can IT services firms offer this to their own clients?

Yes. The program can be white-labelled under your brand, delivered by your team, by ours or by both together. How it is shared is agreed in scope.

How long does the program run?

Three months: a leadership briefing in the first week, the champions group over the next three weeks, playbooks and rules in the second month, and measured everyday use in the third.
