The situation

IRIS Carbon is software for regulatory and financial reporting. To grow, it had to enter regions with their own regulators, buying habits and data rules.

A launch in the European Union with GDPR compliance in place from day one, expansion into the Middle East and Africa, and in South Africa a new positioning backed by channel partners.

The result

Market share in South Africa grew 130% in two years, and three new regions were opened.
